These last few weeks and probably the next few weeks have been busy. Busier than I have been in a long time. I wish it was the kind of busy that kept me in the shop but it is actually the kind of busy that has kept me out of the shop. I have had so much to do that I still haven't completed a Father's Day present I intended to build. I'm not only moving the shop to a new location but I am moving my entire house as well. Having a pregnant wife means most of the moving falls on me. I am hoping to wrap up the inside of the house this week and start on the shop this Friday. I have been trying to squeeze in the World Cup when I have free time or access to wifi. I don't like missing a game but in the last few days I have missed everyone of them. 4 years ago my wife was pregnant with my son and all she remembers is me coming home from Cameroon and watching the World Cup. Now 4 years later I am watching the World Cup and she is pregnant again.
Blank Slate!
I'm still dealing with the YouTube ordeal. If you don't know what I am taking about, I woke up one morning last week to a working channel then later that afternoon I tried to get on YouTube only to find out my channel was deleted without notification and I can't seem to find a reason. I have sent numerous emails and have yet to have any responses. For now I am hosting my videos on Vimeo, but I am restricted to 500mb upload a week. Well my longer videos already exceed that. If I were to pay for their service then I could upload more but I'm not sure I want to stick with them so I don't want to pay for something that I don't end up using. I may end up trying another YouTube channel if I can't get resolution soon.
I have plenty of topics running through my head for this blog but when I actually sit down to write an article I can't seem to remember any of them. I need to sit down and draft a writing calendar and organize how I want my topics to flow and when I want to release product reviews and videos. Maybe I will do that in the next few weeks. On the plus side my wife any I have made new friends that we have hung out without several times and we really enjoy their company. Looks like my wife is making progress on me not being a wall flower. Like I said in the beginning this was going to be full of randomness.
